Responsible for extracting, transforming and loading data from various operational data stores into the Enterpise Data Warehouse, populating data marts, and building mechanisms to validate data integrations. Will work closely with the Claro Enterprise Solutions (CES) departments and IT teams to scope out the ETL work, build metrics on data transfer, and build appropriate tools to visualize data. Additionally, the Data Analyst will support and maintain the enterprise data warehouse, build operational and analytical reports and support the business teams to visualize the data from the EDW.
The Channel Manager (CM) will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining and expanding relations with channel partners within an assigned territory. The CM will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue. The Director of Product Management supervises product managers, drives vision and strategy, road map, and product lifecycle. Responsible for driving successful delivery of products and representing Claro Enterprise Solutions (CES) to the outside market, including customers, partners, and analysts. Responsible for creating strong working relationships and influence across leadership, product management, sales, marketing, engineering, and other functional groups to execute product strategy. Engage customer to develop/refine portfolio strategy, influence customer and industry direction, and execute strategy. Ensure product line performance and identify market trends and opportunities. First-level director. Assists executives and/or senior directors in defining organizational goals and strategic plans. Extensive business knowledge with comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional area.
The Sales Account Executive (SA) maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers in addition to creating new business partnerships. The SA is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The SA represents the entire range of company solutions products and services to assigned customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring the achievement of assigned customers' needs and the company's expectations.
Utilizing your knowledge of the Cybersecurity market, as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for researching and defining the product roadmap, creating the product vision and strategy for Claro Enterprise Solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with stakeholders and sales to define and analyze product requirements and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure they understand use cases/stories, leveraging prototypes and storyboards to define features. The Cybersecurity Product Manager will maintain the product road map, create concept documents, business, and use cases for new solutions, services, features, and functions to support customer demand, growth strategies, and profitability targets. This critical role will lead the improvement and governance of Claro Enterprise Solutions’ cybersecurity capability and standards for the US and International Segment to ensure Claro can provide market-ready and competition-leading solutions for customers. The Cybersecurity Product Manager is tasked with defining product requirements, including necessary documents and features required to pinpoint market needs and meet those needs via our Cybersecurity Portfolio. Further, the Cybersecurity Product Manager will assist a growing team of Sales Consultants, Solution Architects, and Marketing to coordinate sales process tasks to meet the business objectives.
