Develop, plan and execute company and commercial strategies for USA business, by leveraging Hitss business units capabilities in Latin America. Define and meet budget as well as KPIs and objectives associated with revenue, sales, marketing, product/ services portfolio, operations, customer satisfaction, gross margin and EBITDA. Direct responsible for sales execution and oversee operations success and customer projects execution and satisfaction. This role will manage direct and indirect company's staff and operations to ensure successful results. The ideal candidate will have a background and deep knowledge of US market IT services, where Hitss has strong offerings. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and knowledge including but not limited to strategic planning, finance, sales planning and execution, IT services and products, IT operations.
