Overview

REMOTE ROLE 

 

This is a hands-on role where the candidate will work closely with Engineering, Presales, Marketing and Sales teams to define and analyze product requirements and work in collaboration with in-country technical and product teams to ensure the creation of products and use cases/stories

Responsibilities

Product Development:
•Develop product documentation such as technical requirements, commercial presentations and use cases based on internal and external customers to create comprehensive product collateral.
•Work with subsidiaries coordinating the product roadmap implementation impacting international operations.
•Create and update homologation requirements to test new services with different platforms, providers,and vendors based on client requests.
•Collaborate with product management peers in countries for Connectivity, Collaboration, cloud and Security solutions to define, implement,bundle, and manage a comprehensive as-a-Service strategy
•Work on BSS/OSS related activities for new and updates to existing services.
 
ProgramManagement
•Program evaluation: Review and analyze program objectives and requirements, identify internal stakeholders and require organizational support, understand the basic technical requirements and identify potential stoppers in the implementation and solution workarounds.
•Program Development: Communicate requirements, establish a base line of shared objectives and expectations, define schedules and completion timeframes, and ensure proactive and timely customer communication.
•Project Tracking: Supervise teammembers’ documentation and task completion to ensure accurate status, provide accurate Project Scopes and Meeting Minutes to all stakeholders, and provide feedback to internal organizations.
 
 
 

Qualifications

Bachelor’sdegree inEngineering/ Computer Scienceor related subject area required.

 

•+5years of experience in technica lproduct management role for Telecom and IT for Internationalmarket.

•Strong experience in product development taking a product idea from concept through launch.

•Sound experience with connectivity technologies,such as SDWAN, Ethernet,MPLS,Internet and Cloud Technologies.

•Experience with team building

•Excellent communications skills.

•Outcome driven with the ability to define concrete metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.

•Program management experience

•Fully bilingual English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus

  • Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 / year base, OTE based on several factors including but not limited to education and work experience.;

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated above. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
