Provide dedicated (40 hours a week dedicated service) at DE08 and AZ66 (1 at each location) to perform full time hardware planning duties: - Hardware planning - Implement and maintain Customer purchased Datacenter Capacity Planning software called Nlyte - Create and maintain all infrastructure equipment (Racks, PDU’s, CRACS, Floor Standing Assets, etc.) and devices allocated into Datacenter (servers, peripherals, network devices, appliances, etc.) - Maintain Floorplan in Nlyte to reflect current layout in Datacenter - Update records in Nlyte accordingly as changes occur – adding, deleting assets in Nlyte and updating floorplan - Record PDU circuit assignments in Nlyte to reflect power connectivity of all assets in Datacenter to include tracing equipment that existed prior to implementing Nlyte and updating records in Nlyte - Create and maintain Customer Datacenter Equipment Installation Guidelines per their policy to standardize process for cable management, labeling of equipment for Identification in Nlyte and CMDB /Service Now) - Receive request for Space Allocation for new equipment - In advance of these requests, setup new racks with power based on network zone locations and PDU load balancing - Determine Rack to be utilized, or - Verify power requirements for equipment then determine space on Datacenter Floor to allocate to - Analyze PDU loading to determine PDU to be utilized - Create CMT if required to run new power - Create Facility Work Order to add new power - Assign Rack Location, u space (location in rack to be installed) and assign Customer Asset Tags supplied - QA – follow up on request once equipment has been installed for cable management, affix asset tags, circuits equipment is connected to, etc. per Installation Guidelines and complete record in Nlyte - Receive request for Space Allocation for new Rack (Floor Standing Models) - Determine Datacenter Floor space Location based on Space availability - Verify power requirements for equipment then determine space on Datacenter Floor to allocate to - Analyze PDU loading to determine PDU to be utilized - Create CMT if required to run new power - Create Facility Work Order to add new power - Assign location - Create Facility work order to request power to be installed - QA – follow up on request once equipment has been installed for cable management, affix asset tags, circuits equipment is connected to, etc. per Installation Guidelines and complete record in Nlyte - Create and maintain Datacenter Site Orientation Slide Presentation and provide Orientation to new hires requesting access to Customer Datacenter – presentation reviews safety, Customer’s policies for entering and performing work in Datacenter, Security and familiarization of Datacenter - Maintain Datacenter Floorplan in Autocad and post in Datacenter for reference - Monitor entry permits submitted by personnel needing to enter Datacenter to perform work. Receive email notification when Entry Permit is submitted - Customer utilizes InfoPath software which automatically creates form and sends email; this is for Customer Security Audit purposes and also provides records in case any issues arise - Assist verifying connectivity on devices (network, power, etc.) as requested by Customer to include IT Lab in another building on campus. Also, provided an inventory list of the Lab per customer request. - Check critical support infrastructure systems daily via Scada BMS and report any alarms or anomalies - Check data floor Synapsense environmental monitoring system and troubleshoot/resolve any issues noted (This system is customer owned and operated) - Manage small infrastructure projects directed by manager. This includes assisting with scope development, bid solicitation, coordinating vendor access and support once on site. - Change Control Coordinator - Receive Request for Space in Datacenter for Equipment or Maintenance on PDU’s - Adding Power: - Trace Power circuitry to verify all affected equipment for planned outage and create Affect Devices list - Determine available date to perform work - Create CMT (Change Management Ticket), attach required documents: ITR Plan (Implementation, Test and Rollback Plan) and Affected Devices List - Relate CI’s (Configuration Items) and review impacted area (i.e. Honeywell Business unit impacts) and submit for customer approval - Communicate with CAB Team of planned work and attach affected device list for their Review and attach information to CMT - Communicate with IT Support and CAB Teams of devices with issues and coordinate separate outage to resolve prior to PDU planned outage and attach information to CMT - IT Support Teams create CMT’s for their specific devices with issues and relate to my CMT to have visibility and ensure CMT is submitted correctly and communicated with Business’s - Attach all communications related to work on CMT for visibility and reference of CAB Teams - Follow up on related CMT’s to ensure completeness and coordinate if work is to be done on same day as PDU outage - Continue communication with CAB team to answer any outstanding questions and gain approvals prior to being able to proceed - Communicate with electrician that CMT is approved and work can proceed - Follow up after scheduled date to review any issues and close CMT - If there were any issues, determine a plan to mitigate in the future and incorporate into process

The Cybersecurity Product Manager is tasked with defining product requirements, including necessary documents and features required to pinpoint market needs and meet those needs via our Cybersecurity Portfolio. Further, the Cybersecurity Product Manager will assist a growing team of Sales Consultants, Solution Architects, and Marketing to coordinate sales process tasks to meet the business objectives.
