Overview

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE IN MIRAMAR, FL

 

CONTRACT ROLE FOR 6 MONTHS

 

Administers various human resources plans and procedures to support 500+ employees within a shared service model. Responsible for the administration of day-to-day HR Operations including but not limited to, employee inquiries, benefits, terminations, employee changes, employee relations and communications. Records data and provides reports as assigned. Answers questions about Human Resources or refers questions as needed to the appropriate person to ensure a timely resolution. Will assist with areas of employment, & salary.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares standard and complex human resource reports as needed utilizing advanced excel and will be
  • working with Tableau.
  • Assists and partners with Benefits Analyst to execute open enrollment, life changing events and inquiries pertaining to health benefit activities. Also assisting with total rewards and leave administration.
  • Assists with employee communications, wellness activities, company event coordination.
  • Ensures the HRIS system is up to date, performs audits to new hires from ATS system, processes terminations, makes any necessary personnel changes and responsible for employee personnel files up to date.
  • Provides information needed during quarterly/yearly compliance audits.
  • Processes Purchase Requisitions within Oracle for the HR team when onboarding new vendors.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; assisting management on needed actions.
  • Assists with handbook revisions & updating policies as needed.
  • Processes I9 & Visa Administration in a timely manner.
  • Ensures Background & Drug Administration is performed properly within the ATS.
  • Identify, initiate, and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years HR experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required 
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office or related software Required 
  • ADP Workforce Now 3 + years experience Preferred 
  • Tableau experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish - Preferred
